FAL-3.
Mistakes can happen pretty often during the process. Air bubbles show up easily on the surface of the clay and create holes. Sometimes the clay is too soft to support the work which made the pieces fall down. All of these aspects bring the question ‘what is a failure work? If the printed piece fall on the ground, does that mean it’s a failure work?’ By allowing gravity to do its work, each piece which is printed from the same design file embraces a certain aspect of unpredictability. Through the playful incorporation of this intentional failure, the borders between a failed and successful piece began to fade. In the end, this collection is named as Falling, in short; FAL.
